I updated my flickr account to a Pro package today. This is the first half of a two part plan towards having better access to my photo collection. Stage 2 (as of yet unrealized) involves a ~500GB NAS storage device for my home network (possibly this SimpleTech STI).
I suppose it would have been more noble to have set a benchmark to earn the account, but I couldn’t find the internal drive to devote much time to updating a free flickr account when all pictures are downsized to a maximum of 1280 pixels.
