I’m stunned that this show is tonight and I didn’t notice until just now. Peeping Tom (featuring Mike Patton & Dan the Automator) with Miho Hatori, Pigeon John, Paradise Rock Club, doors at 7 PM; 18+ show. $25. Miho Hatori will also playing live on WERS at 1pm on Wednesday.

Here’s my un-wiki-verified so likely incorrect mental map of the musical heirarchy here. Miho Hatori is half of Cibo Matto, and played in Dan the Automator in Handsome Boy Modeling School. Mike Patton was in Faith No More & Mr. Bungle but more recent had that creepy ass Fantômas (I first listened to their movie theme cover album Director’s Cut on my ipod while shoveling snow and became convinced that someone was going to come up behind me and kill me with a shovel). Dan the Automator is in Gorillaz and collaborated with Kid Koala but more importantly to me with Del the Funky Homosapien on Deltron 3030. I have no idea who Pigeon John is.
