Ok. I've just gone back and counted again. After whatever gerrymandering or whatnot that went down last night, there are six additional photos tagged with the disputed tag pushing the total to 27 and into a lock for the top ten (actually, to #9 ahead of Boston). Power to the people.

Um, there are no Chrissy tags. And the one beautiful tag with said person is also tagged Christine. Now if you can find specific examples missing tags, like this, then maybe.

The combo of Christine and assorted nicknames (Chrissy, beautiful, etc) totals more than 24! I think a recount is in order!!

It's come to my attention that the Z tag (24) is actually more popular than the Christine tag but I can't bring myself to knock the little dork off the top ten list.
