My righteous and furious anger with the bread snatcher subsided somewhat overnight so this morning we went for a little hike up to the Presidio. Unlike some other poor bastards, no snow emergency here, it’s an utterly gorgeous & glorious day. I can’t believe such a beautiful place is a close walk (five blocks?!) from my house. It overwhelms me with feelings of how fortunate I am to be here now, regardless of how long it lasts.
By the way, the above shot is a little tilt-shift experiment per Vida Nueva’s suggestion. I’m of the understanding the proper way to do this is a dedicated lens but as I’m still saving for an XSi tweaky toys will have to wait.
