I’m off to Austin, TX (deformed steer capital of the world) this afternoon for Austin City Limits. There are technically only two intervening states between here and there (Arizona & New Mexico, if you don’t find yourself sucked into the Vegas vortex) but that’s still two time zones, 1750 miles and an additional fifty degrees Fahrenheit to deal with. Not to mention I’ll be arriving unarmed and will have to make an emergency shotgun purchase at the Austin-Bergstrom duty free shop.
Oh, I almost forgot to add this (I’m a sucker for worthless seizure inducing widgets). These are the bands I’m planning to see.
